PORTLAND, OR - June 15, 2007 -- LDR International (http://www.LDR.com) today announced that Wholesale Printers in Battle Ground, Washington, purchased a new Shinohara 75 six-color press with perfecting and coating capabilities.
"We are serving the needs of the market," said Ron Ermshar, president and owner of Wholesale Printers, "by offering the fast make-ready capabilities of the Shinohara Press combined with the aqueous coater that allows us to fold and cut the work without waiting for drying time. Our customers appreciate our ability to provide the 23" X 29" paper size as many times it can reduce the price of the products we produce for them."
The Shinohara 75 six-color press purchased by Wholesale Printers is provided with all the automatic press features and runs at speeds up to 17,000 sheets per hour. It also has the ability to print four colors on one side of the sheet and two colors on the other side of the sheet in one pass through the press.
