Itotec Paper Unloaders of the RU 4.0/RU 4.1 series are compact, highly efficient unloaders designed to stack up paper sheets on a pallet, thus reducing the load on the operator and eliminating the need for pit construction. They can be connected to any paper cutter.
It is now widely recognized that the use of paper handling equipment can increase production of a paper cutter from 300% to 600%. Operator fatique is reduced and production increased at the same time. Incidents of back injury and carpal tunnel syndrome are also greatly reduced or eliminated altogether.
The new Itotec RU 4.0 unloader features electronic eyes for no makeready when changing sheets sizes. It is possible to go from the smallest to the largest sheet size without making any manual adjustments to the machine. A touch screen monitor displays error messages and allows micro adjustments for difficult stacking jobs.
