1. Suction Head |
The position setting of the suction head (and the side guide) is automatic.

2. Fold Plates and Fold Roll |
A new type of fold plate allows the stopper to be used as the deflector. There is no need to switch the heavy plate with the deflector. The size setting is clearly displayed on the computer monitor.

3. Deflector |
The deflector is interchangeably used as a sheet stop. There is no need to switch the heavy plate with the deflector.

4. Knife Section |
The position of the stopper and side guide at the knife fold is automatically controlled.
|
|
5. Fold Plate/Knife Fold Roll |
The pressure of the fold plate and knife fold roll are automatically adjusted.
|
|
6. Main Body/Conveyor |
This is the main body and conveyor part of the folding machine. There is no need to insert your hand under the conveyer to change a side guide position because both sides of the conveyor guide are set automatically.
