Shoei SM40 miniature folders are designed for versatility, fold accuracy, easy operation. Capable of folds as small as 5/8", each unit comes with a choice of five or seven pockets and one or two right angle sections. This folder is ideally suite for B3 size stock, for extra small folds, and for pharmaceutical and cosmetic package inserts.

Shoei SM40 miniature folders are unique in that they feature a vertical cross fold knife on the main section, which makes it possible to do up to seven parallel folds and a right angle fold without having to go into a second section.

A wide variety of accessories are optionally available: gate fold plate, vertical pressing stackers, mobile knife sections, and web roll feeder, to name just a few.

Combination Fold Rollers

The combination fold rollers are top quality, durable, polyurethane and steel rollers with excellent grip.

Re-enforced Roller Journals

Folding and delivery roller journals are suspended with long life, self-lubricating bushings, which ensure folding accuracy.

Dual Feed System

The high-speed feeder can operate at up to 40,000 sheets/hour. It has a front air blast feed system fro extra small stock.

Wide Variety of Blades

A wide-variety of blades are available with the folder: perf, slitter, counter, and score blades.

Accurate Gear Drive

The gears accurately drive the folder, ensuring a top quality fold.

Front Feed Device

The front feed device is particularly suitable for porous, small stock.
